Review real calls
The recording shows what a framework never will.
Everyone sounds competent in a role-play. The truth is on the call you had this morning.
Pipelines leak at a specific stage, and most sellers guess wrong about which one. Listening to four real calls usually makes it obvious: discovery that never asks about budget, demos that answer questions nobody asked, follow-up that stops after two attempts.
Once the leak is clear, the work is narrow. One habit at a time, practiced on live calls, reviewed the next week. It's less exciting than a new methodology and it moves numbers faster.
We're careful with claims. Coaching improves how you sell; it can't fix a product nobody wants or a price the market rejects. If that's the real problem, we'll say so.
The recording shows what a framework never will.
Most wasted time goes into deals that were never going to close.
Changing everything at once changes nothing.
